Eastside Brewing is a craft brewery located in the city of Latina (Lazio). The project came to life in 2013 thanks to Luciano's passion and Alessio's intuition, who immediately believed in the potential of his brewer friend.Soon the team will be completed with three other partners: Tommaso, Fabio and Cristiano.
Our journey in the world of craft beer started with the creation of a brew firm. In this way, working side by side with a brewer of proven experience, we began to test the goodness of our beer "idea" on the market. By virtue of the good consensus obtained with sales and during important events, and thanks to the growth in demand for craft beer in the national territory, at the end of 2014 we decided to take "the big leap" by opening a real brewery in our city. In mid-2015 in fact Eastside Brewing was born.
Eastside Brewing's journey is the result of a long series of experiences and experiments that over time have led us to love and create beers with strong aromatic connotations. The love of tradition combined with the desire to experiment with new ingredients and brewing techniques, but above all the firm desire to be original, is evident in all our recipes.
Our "mission" is to spread the knowledge and love of craft beer in our country that has always been considered exclusively as the nation of wine; in fact, we believe that our beers are a viable alternative given their absolute top-notch organoleptic qualities.
Instead, our "vision" is a country in which beer gets its rightful place in the food and wine scene, thanks to productions with increasingly high quality standards.
Our work involves the use of selected raw materials, monitoring of the production process and meticulous adherence to technical fermentation and maturation times. We devote extreme attention to all stages of processing and the smallest details, because we are certain that all this will make our beers stand out from the mass of new proposals.
Our production is composed of various types of beers. We favor U.S.-style beers with a high aromatic impact, but we are also firmly rooted in the brewing traditions of Belgium and the British Isles. Fundamentally, we are not afraid to try our hand at any brewing style, so among the ranks of our beers you will find offerings ranging from the most fragrant fruit Sour Ale to niche Strong Ale that we brew very few of nationally, via the most extreme Imperial Stouts. Our limit is only imagination....
Over the course of the year we will bring to life ever new productions, the result of ideas of the moment or collaborations with other colleagues, and we will inform you of any news through our social channels. The creation of ever-changing, ever-cleaner and technically sound beers is the fuel that keeps the flame of our passion alive...
